Douglas Francis was called to pastor White River Baptist Church in March of 2025. He was raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas in a loving, Christ-centered home. As a teen he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and in his early 20’s he surrendered his life to pastoral ministry.

In July of 2022 he was ordained by Mission Boulevard Baptist Church as an associate pastor and served in that capacity until White River Baptist Church called him to pastor here. It is his sincere prayer that God will use WRBC to serve people out of a genuine love for God and with the powerful gospel message of Jesus Christ our Lord.
